Ryan Weaver

Let me tell you a little bit about me! I was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, and by my natural born location, I attended West Texas A&M University which is one of the best public universities in the nation.

I have pioneered new beginnings for organizations and acted as the sole trailblazer for creating roadmaps from scratch. I have expertise in communication, specialty retail, food service, upper-echelon executive leadership, and grassroots leadership.

During my time as an undergraduate in college, I acted as the Online Division Director for the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success’ chapter at West Texas A&M University which was a position I created. I incorporated online students into my local chapter. Overseeing hundreds of pending members online, I achieved over a 90% success induction completion rate within one year.

During my time on the executive board, I helped restructure my local chapter and revamp its leadership complex, and I was eventually recognized as a Distinguished Leader. I oversaw 2-3,000 pending members in-person alongside the president and vice-president. My primary roles in-person were to oversee leadership training days, orientation meetings, and community involvement within the chapter.

I have been a leader in various roles such as hospitality, community events, acting Chairman of a sponsor recognition event, and philanthropic projects. People might say I am known for my optimistic yet grounded leadership style.

My C.O.R.E. values act as my compass. I believe that virtue and heart belong at the core of great leadership. I value ideologies such as diligence, envelopment, mindfulness, and perspective. I know my work with others is never finished, and I have grown to appreciate the ever-flowing nature. I believe that a ripple can revitalize a stagnant pond.
